In this role, need to perform various administrative support and dexterity skills in the workplace such as distribution of clerical supplies, incoming mails and other work, collection of outgoing mail, delivering oral or written messages, photocopying and other clerical duties.

Job responsibilities

Monitor Office/Pantry supplies consumption and prepare request for replenishment to maintain sufficient supplies and smooth flow of the office operations.
Arrange and prepare refreshments for meetings as well as assisting clients/guests when required.
Assist office personnel with photocopying work, filling, binding and lamination when required.
Collect stationary and pantry supplies from purchasing stores and distributes them to concerned staff.
Assist the administration assistant in handling all incoming/outgoing correspondence of ITC personnel & crew by distributing /delivering it accordingly.
Perform various clerical, administrative or secretarial duties to support requirements and maintain the office function smoothly.
Maintain proper filling system, files documents, letters and other correspondence into the analogues files to maintain up to date, neat and orderly files at all times, all documents to be filled in respective files/folders within 24 hours from time of receipt with zero errors.
