Responsibilities | 1- To attend routine maintenance defects for rotating and all stationary equipment such as piping and valves maintenance, tube leak attending, filters cleaning. 2- To carry out PMS activities for rotating and all stationary equipment according to Management PMS schedule. 3- To carry out overhauling activities for the rotating all stationary equipment such as demisters replacement, water jet cleaning of tubes for the brine heater ,water boxes, ejector system condensers, valves maintenance, servicing of ejector system, Deaerator cleaning, Piping repair and leaks attending, shut down defects attending, ball strainer cleaning, OLTCS system o/h, safety valves testing according to Management schedule, 4- To ensure that company safety guidelines and procedures being followed and work to be executed with valid safety document. 5- To take care of his tools and housing keeping of area of work 6- To maintain the history of the equipment. To ensure safety, quality and quantity for the Qatari staff training |

Responsibilities | Familiar with the plant automation for example ABB Procontrol, ABB Advant, Yokogawa Centum, Emerson Ovation, ALSPA EDCS, Siemens S7, Allen-Braedly PLC, Mitsubishi PLC, etc… • Attend Instrument and Control maintenance activities, planned and unplanned jobs at power plant and all instrument maintenance on DCS, PLC, valve actuators, positioners, transmitters, switches, sensors, analyzers, Servers, HMIs, etc. • Setup, configure, and maintenance all sorts of plant instrument equipment such as Positioner, analyzers, transmitters, Control system, etc.. • Read, trace, and analyze wiring diagrams, drawings, logics for troubleshooting. • Work with team to do the availability and reliability of the equipment/unit after the maintenance work, maintain the best quality and quantity of work. • Work with team and execute routine maintenance job for the assigned units and utilize the manpower efficiently to complete the maintenance task in time. To be part of all type of routine, breakdown-shutdown and planned maintenance. • Effective communication and coordination between team members, other departments’ staff, contractors and third parties to get the work completed in time. • Work environment follows safety SOPs without exclusions, Ensure the work is carried out in safe environment and tools used are in order and Safety rules are followed. • Maintain high quality recording and reporting, communication in English must be highest at least meeting technical presentation and recording requirements. • Make analysis of plant performance for improvements and enhancements; present evidence including correction of process or installed equipment preservation. • Carry out root cause analysis, troubleshooting for shutdowns and breakdowns. • Accept permits on daily basis. Understand and record daily requirement for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. Timely complete jobs and eliminate none availability of equipment. Reduce and meet scheduled timing for planned or none planed jobs. • Support the operation 7/24 hour and available for call out duties in short notice |
